We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to the Web Client Services Manager/Producer to perform administrative and office support activities. Duties include fielding telephone calls, gathering customer requirements, receiving and directing visitors. Extensive software skills (MS Office Guru wanted), as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Additional responsibilities include processing expense reports, coordinating the submission of proposals, planning meetings, tracking sales progress, troubleshooting minor technical problems, maintaining department database records, and serving as a liaison between clients and team members.
